JUPENMAS - Journal of Community Service provides open and free access rights to articles up to their contents with the aim of supporting global knowledge exchange. Articles in the Journal of Community Service can be accessed free of charge and without time limit.

Under the CC-BY-4.0 license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their articles, but allow anyone to modify, improve, and create derivative works, even for commercial purposes, as long as they give credit to the author for the original work.
